The advent of computer based 3-D Modeling and CAD Design has provided an important tool for archeologists, museums, historians and authors in sharing their understanding of our technological past. Virtual Models are playing an major role in presenting information in ways never before possible.

The computer has led me back to my first love (after my wife!) of the History of Science and Technology. Combining this interest with CAD allows me to create virtual models of the wonders from our industrial and scientific past, as well as better serve my engineering clientele.

Using SolidWorks™ modeling software, I am able to provide exact virtual models, to exact scale, of almost any subject for which we can obtain information. These “models” can be used in print, as exploded assembly views, and even animated videos, all for the purpose of illustrating how objects and processes were created and used.
